Return Eligibility: 

• The Rudraksha must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• A valid purchase receipt is required.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. 

Refund Process:

2. Ship the product back to our return address. 

3. Upon verification, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. 

🚫 Non-Refundable Items:

Customized malas, energized Rudraksha, and discounted items are not eligible for returns. 

Cancellation Policy 

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
• If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
•  Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
